国際学会での発表を終えて　I finished my presentation at the international conference.

　今月７日から10日まで、韓国の釜山へ出かけてきました。
　滞在の目的は、「アジア太平洋観光学会」の年次大会(会場：ウィンダムグランド釜山)に参加することでした。
　今年2月に提出し、審査を受けた「発表要旨」をもとにプレゼンテーション。
　タイトルは「茨城県北部地域における観光資源の活用方策」です。

　旅費等のスポンサー様のご厚意に感謝。
　誠にささやかな内容でしたが、興味を持って下さった方もいらっしゃって、安堵の思いです。

　写真の４枚目は、釜山タワーから眺めた会場(ライトアップした「南港大橋」の右側のビル)の様子です。
　４日間、幸いなことにお天気に恵まれ、隣国の景色や伝統芸能も楽しむ旅となりました♪

　I visited Busan, South Korea, from July 7 to 10 to attend the Asia Pacific Tourism Association Annual Conference, held at Wyndham Grand Busan.
　My presentation was based on the abstract I submitted and had reviewed in February.
　The presentation was titled “Ways to Utilize Tourism Resources in Northern Ibaraki, Japan.”

　Sincere thanks to my sponsor for supporting travel and related costs.
　Although my research was modest, I was relieved that some found it interesting.

　The fourth photo shows the venue as seen from Busan Tower—the building to the right of the illuminated Namhang Bridge.
　Fortunately, the weather was good during the four days.
　I enjoyed the scenery and traditional culture of the neighboring country.
